How it works

  1. Apply online or walk in. Tell us a little about yourself — five minutes, no documents needed to start.
  2. Meet the team. A LDCENY staff member talks through your goals and helps you choose a pathway.
  3. Train and earn credentials. We connect you to training partners and track your progress with you.
  4. Get placed — and supported. We work with local employers, and we stay with you after you start.
